Training and Installations

For software installations we recommend 1 - 2 days training for key personnel, who can then in turn educate other users.

Prior to installation we will configure the system for you, and where appropriate import data for you, so that you can hit the ground running, with information already in the system and at your fingertips.

Training is carried out by your account manager, who will discuss your key business goals, and how our software can be configured to best meet your requirements. Your account manager will continue to guide you through the software following its launch, thus allowing you to achieve greater understanding and making sure you maximise the facilities that are available.

Training and installation is either carried out by Progress DMS or one of our accredited partner companies.

Once installed we can arrange further additional training days, either for individuals, or for groups.
