VoIP Phone system launched across five dealer group

Progress DMS have recently completed the successful deployment of their new VoIP telephony system to the Eden Vauxhall group. The system provides seamless communication and reduced costs for the dealerships, including free calls between dealers and built in conferencing facilities. Support Dashboard deployed to IT Support customers

IT customers have begun to receive the benefit of a new windows based software product, developed in house, and designed to improve customer communication and support integration.
