Business to Business Sales Consultants and Sales Manager
We are seeking self-motivated B2B sales professionals to build on our already renowned reputation, and help us expand our client base within the UK automotive retail sector. We expect our sales consultants to be a part of the next stage of our successful business development as we continue to expand our company.
We have pioneered automotive business solutions, including custom designed software since 2002. In that time our automotive management and marketing software systems are now operating at over 200 dealerships across the UK as well as the Middle East which represent some of the top automotive brands in the market.
The areas of expertise within the organisation are:
- Aftersales Software
- Dealership website design and build
- Email & SMS Marketing
- Web based applications
- IT maintenance and supportIT infrastructure design and management
Job Specification
- Competitive basic salary plus uncapped OTE
- Field based reporting to our office in Newbury
- Own car and full clean driving licence essential
Key Relationships
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director you will also be working closely with our IT Systems Manager, Operations Director and Internet Account Manager.
The Role
- Cultivate new business leads from a mixture of cold calling, your own contacts and sales enquiries
- Development and implementation of sales strategy, including the identification of key prospective clients
- Ensure every potential sales opportunity is recognised and maximised
- Manage your self-developed extensive appointments diary
- Promote our range of products via face-to-face presentations
- Appoint new clients for our range of products and services
- Handle efficient and effective handover to the appropriate account management team for product installation, training and development or web-build
- Work with colleagues and other teams to secure new sales and deliver continuous improvement and provide a seamless service to customers
The successful candidate should:
- Be computer literate with a strong understanding of IT solutions although product training will be given
- Be a self-starter who is highly motivated and extremely organised
- Be willing to undertake cold calling as well as developing incoming sales enquiries
- Ideally you will have automotive industry experience and will bring an excellent source of contacts to the role
- Previous B2B sales experience is essential as is proven sales achievement with a track record of nurturing business at a high level
- Be very flexible and willing to travel throughout the UK
- Be able to demonstrate excellent levels of customer service and communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent team working skills
