Workshop Planning - Key Benefits

  • Manage Work Mix – The service booking module can increase workshop productivity and efficiency by better managing the work mix. The workshop planning system allows dealers to set up customisable repair types and set daily targets for each.
  • Telephone prompts & Up-sell – Service bookings clerks are prompted throughout the booking process with service information, offers or any other important pre-scripted dialogue. Controlled, complete information can then be built up for each booking, meaning there is less chance of any job being wrong, and increased up-sell opportunity.
  • Timeslot Booking – Avoid the queues and the rush of all the day’s service customers turning up first thing at reception by allocating specific time slots for them to turn up and subsequently return to pick up their vehicle.
  • Courtesy management – During the booking process if a courtesy is chosen (for instance courtesy car), all available courtesies are shown, allowing the customer to be offered other courtesies if vehicles are not available.
  • Call Centres - The software shows real time information on availability, regardless of whether the booking is taken in the dealership, or through a Call Centre. Bookings are then be fed directly into the workshop's schedule.
  • Online Booking - If you want to cut out the 'middle man' the booking module can be configured to allow customers to book directly online, showing them availability based on your preferred work mix, and courtesy availability.
