Motor Trader 2011 Nomination Success for Progress WorkshopPro customers…
Progress are pleased to announce that the following customers have been named as ‘finalists’ for their after sales and customer service levels at the Motor Trader Awards 2011.
- Porsche Hatfield Service advisor of the Year
- JCB Medway Workshop of the Year
- Berry BMW Heathrow Service Advisor of the Year
- Sytner Leicester Aftermarket Innovation Award
The finalist dealers have stated that some credit is due to the Progress team for supplying the exceptional WorkshopPro product which extends the abilities of the DMS in to the workshop.
Features such as electronic t-card, automated process for vehicle health check, technician clocking, customer service tools and inventory and key management, all help the dealer to run a more efficient, cost saving workshop. These innovative features are extended by unique reporting features which then allow the dealer to pinpoint sell-up and process improvement opportunities, thereby offering tangible return on investment. Dealer Principles will be attending the Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel (in London’s West End) on the 13th July. Progress will host a table for their finalist customers.
