Desktop Support Analyst / Field Engineer (South)

Location: Mainly office-based in Newbury but some travelling to customer sites (approximately 150mile radius)

Experience:
•    Windows operating systems
•    MS Office & Outlook
•    Windows 2003 Server
•    Active Directory
•    Basic Exchange 2003 Server
•    Knowledge of networking protocols

Salary: Dependent on experience and skill level. Negotiable.

Background:

•    Progress Automotive Solutions is looking for an IT Support Field Engineer to join an existing team of IT consultants in a client facing position.
•    To be considered for this position you will have experience in providing telephone, remote and onsite client based support to a wide user base.
•    To be suitable for this role you MUST have a full UK driving license. Transport will be provided.
•    You will ideally have worked within a Microsoft based environment installing, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting MS Office suite, Windows XP Professional, Windows 7 Professional, MS Outlook, Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory and basic Exchange.
•    PC, server and network hardware support experience will also be highly beneficial, but not essential.
